I hired John when I found myself in some legal trouble. Honesty, I was scared and had no idea what to do or what the outcome would be. A background check for work revealed an arrest on my record from 10 years prior which I did not think was there... as I had been told at the time of court appearance that it was dropped/resolved. This clerical error by the courts way back when had now put me at risk of losing the career I love and built if I did not provide a certified disposition of the charges being dismissed. After a failed attempt to obtain the disposition on my own I knew I needed to get a lawyer. I was referred to John Graves by a different attorney my wife uses for her business. From the first phone call, John was fantastic. The combination of Covid times and a faulty court system turned this into a much more difficult task than expected. However, he never wavered in his perseverance or quick response times regardless of if it was 7 am or 9 pm. Everything was resolved including the removal of this mishap from my record. While my case was not a big moneymaker for John he treated it as though it was. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
